Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and how they find the site. Usage information is shared with Google, including page views, referring sites, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google receives your IP address when your browser connects to its services; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

Analytics does not load before you accept, or when you reject analytics consent. Google signals and advertising personalization for Analytics data are disabled. Analytics and AdSense are disabled on development and preview hosts.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_97TVG6236M to distinguish visits and maintain session information. They are configured to expire after 180 days and may be renewed by subsequent visits while consent remains valid. Your choice

This site stores your choice and the date in your browser's local storage under johanbostrom-consent for 180 days. This record is used to remember your preference, not to track you. After it expires, you will be asked again. If your browser blocks local storage, your choice applies only to the current page.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent removes this site's Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded Analytics script. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not delete information previously sent to Google. You can read the site without enabling JavaScript or accepting analytics.

Advertising

This site does not currently load AdSense or serve Google ads. If advertising is added, this notice and the consent options will be updated before it is enabled.

Hosting and external links

The hosting server records requests in access logs, which may contain IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information. These logs are separate from optional Analytics cookies. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
